My kids keep on asking me what are they able to do for Halloween this year? Can they hang out downtown? Can they go to a friends?  Well, it hurts me to say, being my kids are teenagers, "You need to stay at home this year and hang out with the family". It's really Hocus Pocus but here are some simple ideas that you can do to surprise them for a Halloween they will remember.

My kids love hot chocolate so it will be a little different this year. And for the adults, just add a little bit of Bailey's.

Break out the black, for home goods are just down the road.  A black background for a Halloween table will certainly make your food pop.  I'm loving the earthy tones as well.

Smoke machine

For those of you that can sit outside, a smoke machine or a fire, depending on where you are and whether it is safe, is a great idea for a little Halloween ambience. Surprise your family with an outdoor Halloween celebration.

Classy, yet Fun.  It's the weekend; make some soup, eat outside, enjoy the décor, and most importantly, the people you are with.

Thank you for visiting!  I hope you all have a wonderful Halloween!  #besafe
